How much does Snap XMP cost?

Can we install it on our own server?

Yes. Both the Corporate and Enterprise plans have the option to install Snap XMP on your own server, giving you total control over your data security. This option is perfect for organisations with specific compliance requirements.

What is a unit?

  • 1 survey response = 1 unit
  • 1 Offline Interviewing response = 2 units
  • 10 survey response delivered via the API = 1 unit
  • Attachments = 1 unit per Mb

What happens if I reach my unit limit?

If you reach your limit, you are welcome to contact us and purchase more units. To give you full control, there is no automatic charge or automatic processing once you reach your unit limit.

Do you have a free trial?

Create a free account, no payment details required and enjoy a free trial of Snap XMP.

What happens at the end of my Snap XMP free trial?

At the end of your free trial, your account will be frozen. You can upgrade to a full plan by getting in touch with the team or asking us to arrange a call back.

How does the free trial work?

Free trials of Snap XMP last for 30 days. It includes full access to survey design and distribution, as well as our powerful analysis and reporting capabilities. The trial includes up to 100 response units.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and purchase orders. We no longer accept cheques.

Can I cancel my Snap XMP subscription?

Your subscription lasts for one year and you can decide whether to renew at the end of that period.

Is my payment data private and safe?

Yes. All payments are secure. Credit card payments are taken via Opayo. Bank transfers, purchase orders, and invoices are done through Sage. Snap Surveys is fully ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to online data security. Our servers are secure and based in the UK.
