The survey contains the standard 2 part CSAT questions to measure the satisfaction of your customers. Both the 5 point scale and follow-up question text can be customised using your own words. There is also the opportunity to add an additional question of your own. Follow the steps below to access the survey by either creating a new account or by logging into your existing account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Go to the Marketplace here:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/marketplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/marketplace<\/a>. If you have any problems, copy and paste or type the link into your web browser search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) from the list of pre-built surveys available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Get started for free<\/strong>. This automatically opens the&nbsp;Snap XMP Online login page.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do not already have an account, you should click the link&nbsp;<strong>Create a Snap XMP Online account<\/strong>, enter your details and click&nbsp;<strong>Create account<\/strong>. An email will be sent to the email address confirming that the account has been created. Click the link in the email to verify the email account. Then once logged in you will see that the survey is listed in the&nbsp;<strong>Your work<\/strong>&nbsp;area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you already have an account, you simply log into your account and the survey will automatically be imported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-9517-_Step_2:_Use\"><\/a>Step 2: Building the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After logging in to Snap XMP Online you are ready to use the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first page in&nbsp;<strong>Snap XMP<\/strong> <strong>Online<\/strong>&nbsp;shows a summary of&nbsp;<strong>Your Work<\/strong>. The&nbsp;<strong>Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT)&nbsp;<\/strong>template is available here. Templates are shown with the icon&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"23\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/templateicon-png.png\" alt=\"templateIcon.png\">&nbsp;. Follow the on screen instructions to build your survey. You have the opportunity to add an additional question of your own. Click in a text area and overtype with your own text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Create Survey<\/strong>&nbsp;to build the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) or click&nbsp;<strong>Back<\/strong>&nbsp;if you wish to change anything.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making changes to your CSAT Survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the CSAT survey you created from the Customer Satisfaction Survey. There are three options available:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View&nbsp;<\/strong>shows the read-only version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit&nbsp;<\/strong>lets you make basic changes to specified wording and the logo. You can edit the shaded areas shown between curly brackets { }. Click on the word or image to edit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rebuild&nbsp;<\/strong>runs the&nbsp;<strong>Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT)&nbsp;<\/strong>again. This allows you to change your initial choices by selecting or clearing the options. This shows the read-only version.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><a id=\"post-9517-_Step_3:_Share_1\"><\/a>Step 3: Share with your customers using the link or QR code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The next step is to test the survey and share it with your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing the interview settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select your CSAT survey, if it is not already selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Summary<\/strong>&nbsp;tab, click the&nbsp;<strong>Collect<\/strong>&nbsp;link. Click on the notification to open and\/or save the QR code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The QR code can be used in a printed sign for customers to use or attached to an email sent to your customers. The minimum size for a printed QR code is 2cm by 2cm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-9517-_Step_4:_Ask\"><\/a>Step 4: Ask your customers to complete the CSAT survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have sent the Interview URL link or QR code to your customers, ask them to complete the questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the Interview URL link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your customer has an email with the&nbsp;<strong>Interview URL&nbsp;<\/strong>link, ask them to click this link to open the your CSAT survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, open a web browser app and enter the&nbsp;<strong>Interview URL&nbsp;<\/strong>in the search bar of the browser. Press Enter to open  your CSAT survey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the QR code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using the QR code can quickly open your CSAT survey on your customers\u2019 smartphones. Many smartphones, such as iPhones or Android devices, have an in-built QR code reader in the camera app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the camera app and point the camera at the QR code for a few seconds. A notification appears when scanning is on. Tap the notification to open the link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, they can install a QR code reader app on the device. Follow the instructions for the app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing your CSAT survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask your customers to answer the questions and click&nbsp;<strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will receive a notification to confirm that their response has been submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-9517-_Step_5:_Use\"><\/a>Step 5: Use your data to improve your Customer Satisfaction Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) has five reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) Report\u00a0<\/strong>containing the Customer Satisfaction Score and all comments for all the survey responses received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Previous 12 months CSAT&nbsp;<\/strong>containing the Customer Satisfaction Score and all comments for the survey responses received over the previous 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Satisfied Comments<\/strong>&nbsp;containing comments from satisfied customers (respondents scoring 4 or 5)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Neutral Comments<\/strong>&nbsp;containing comments from neutral customers (respondents scoring 3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dissatisfied Comments<\/strong>&nbsp;containing comments from dissatisfied customers (respondents scoring 1 or 2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have included an additional question there is also an analysis list of the responses to this question, available in Tables and Charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyzing your response data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select your CSAT survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Summary<\/strong>&nbsp;tab, click the&nbsp;<strong>Analyze<\/strong>&nbsp;link.
