There is the opportunity to add branding and questions that are specific to your business or organisation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   The responses to your survey will help you understand how your employees feel, assisting you in improving and prioritizing your business or organisation needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the reports and any associated charts will only be available when there are 5 or more responses in the business areas you have selected. Follow the steps below to access the survey by either creating a new account or by logging into your existing account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Go to the Marketplace here:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/marketplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/marketplace<\/a>. If you have any problems, copy and paste or type the link into your web browser search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey from the list of pre-built surveys available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Get started for free<\/strong>. This automatically opens the&nbsp;Snap XMP Online login page.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do not already have an account, you should click the link&nbsp;<strong>Create a Snap XMP Online account<\/strong>, enter your details and click&nbsp;<strong>Create account<\/strong>. An email will be sent to the email address confirming that the account has been created. Click the link in the email to verify the email account. Then once logged in you will see that the survey is listed in the&nbsp;<strong>Your work<\/strong>&nbsp;area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you already have an account, you simply log into your account and the survey will automatically be imported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7254-_Step_2:_Fill\"><\/a><a id=\"post-7254-_Step_2:_Use\"><\/a>Step 2: Building the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   After logging in to Snap XMP Online you are ready to use the Employee Engagement and Enablement  Survey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   The first page in <strong>Snap XMP Online<\/strong> shows a summary of <strong>Your Work<\/strong>. The <strong>Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey <\/strong>template is available here. Templates are shown with the icon   <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"23\" class=\"wp-image-7255\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/templateicon-png.png\" alt=\"templateIcon.png\">. Follow the on-screen instructions to build your survey. You can add a range of satisfaction ratings questions. Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to progress through each step. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   On each page, select the options you require and click <strong>Next<\/strong> to go to the next page. When you have completed the questions, a summary displays. Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to proceed with your choices or click <strong>Back<\/strong> if you wish to change anything. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Click <strong>Create Survey<\/strong> to build the Employee Engagement  and Enablement Survey. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7254-_Step_3:_Share\"><\/a>Making changes to your Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Select the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey. There are three options available:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View <\/strong>shows the read-only version.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit <\/strong>lets you make basic changes to specified wording and the logo. You can edit the shaded areas shown between curly brackets { }. Click on the word or image to edit.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rebuild <\/strong>runs the <strong>Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey <\/strong>again. This allows you to change your initial choices by selecting or unselecting the options. The read-only version is shown.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7254-_Step_3:_Share_1\"><\/a>Step 3: Distribute the survey to your employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   The next step is to test the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey and share it with your employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: If you are planning to email the invites you will need to use your own email system and paste in the link or QR code to the questionnaire after making it live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing the interview settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Select the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey if it is not already selected. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  In the <strong>Summary<\/strong> tab, click the <strong>Collect<\/strong> link. If you are planning to email the invites you will need to use your own email system and paste in the link to the questionnaire after making it live.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n   If you wish to include the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>link in a printed sign for your employees, paste it into a document and print.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making the QR code available<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  In <strong>Web Interviews<\/strong>, click the <strong>QR code<\/strong> image to download the QR code to your device. \n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"543\" height=\"128\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/downloadqrcode1-png.png\" alt=\"DownloadQRCode1.PNG\" class=\"wp-image-7265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/downloadqrcode1-png.png 543w, https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/downloadqrcode1-png-300x71.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 543px) 100vw, 543px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>\n  The web browser shows a notification when the file has downloaded. The minimum size for a printed QR code is 2cm by 2cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The QR code can be attached to an email sent to your employees. If you are planning to email the invites you will need to use your own email system and paste in the QR code to the questionnaire after making it live.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7254-_Step_4:_Ask\"><\/a>Step 4: Ask your employees to complete the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  When you have sent the Interview URL link or QR code to your employees, ask them to complete the questions.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the Interview URL link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   If your employee has an email with the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>link, ask them to click this link to open the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Alternatively, open a web browser app and enter the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>in the search bar of the browser. Press Enter to open the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the QR code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Using the QR code can quickly open the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey on your employees\u2019 smartphones. Many smartphones, such as iPhones or Android devices, have an in-built QR code reader in the camera app.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  Open the camera app and point the camera at the QR code for a few seconds. When scanning is enabled a notification appears. Tap the notification to open the link.\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Alternatively, the employee can install a QR code reader app on their smart phone. Follow the instructions for the app. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing the Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  Ask your employees to answer the questions and click <strong>Submit<\/strong>. \n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  They will receive a notification to confirm that their response has been submitted.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7254-_Step_5:_Use\"><\/a>Step 5: Use your data to improve employee engagement and enablement <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   A comprehensive report is included: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Employee Engagement and Enablement Report<\/strong> shows a full analysis of your employee responses <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the report is only generated when 5 or more responses are available for the selected period and business area(s). This is to protect the anonymity of the respondents as they may be identified by their answers in small samples. If you try to run the report with less than 5 responses then you will see a message saying that a minimum of 5 responses is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three lists of comments included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Achieving Goals<\/strong> shows employee comments about your organisation&#8217;s ability to achieve its goals over the next three years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biggest Difference<\/strong> shows employee comments about what would make the biggest difference to make working at your organisation better for the employee <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Any Other<\/strong> shows any other comments made<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You do not need to select contexts to view the lists of comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyzing your response data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   In Your work, select the <strong>Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   In the <strong>Summary<\/strong> tab, click the <strong>Analyze<\/strong> link. Select these in the Context menu on the bottom left then re-run the report or list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applying a context to the report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   The <strong>Employee Engagement and Enablement Survey<\/strong> includes two contexts, Period and Business Area, that you must select before running the report. The reports use the filters to show a subset of your response data.
