(Surveys created prior to Snap XMP Desktop build 12.10 contain three standard reports)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Questionnaire <\/strong>report generates a top-line summary report showing the counts or percentages of responses in the questionnaire layout   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Summary <\/strong>report generates a chart, table or list for every question   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Summary Tables <\/strong>report tabulates responses to all questions   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Summary Dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0report generates an HTML summary report with images of each chart, table or list for each question and displayed in a double column format. (This report is available for surveys created using Snap XMP Desktop build 12.10 and after.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bespoke reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the standard reports the survey may have additional bespoke reports that have been created in Snap XMP Desktop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Report Details<\/strong> window, you can use the <strong>Available <\/strong>field and set the conditions when the report is available in Snap XMP Online. By default, the <strong>Available <\/strong>field is blank and the report is available in Snap XMP Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"538\" height=\"292\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/MakeReportAvailable1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/MakeReportAvailable1.png 538w, https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/MakeReportAvailable1-300x163.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 538px) 100vw, 538px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can enter a condition in the Available field to determine when the report is available. You can enter &#8216;No&#8217; to make the report unavailable in Snap XMP Online. Note: If all reports, including standard reports are unavailable then the Reports menu will not be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing the PDF reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The majority of reports are PDFs in the Adobe Acrobat document application. This includes the Questionnaire, Summary and Summary Tables standard reports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can view the reports in the <strong>Reports <\/strong>side menu in the <strong>Analyze<\/strong> section. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  Click on a report name in the <strong>Reports<\/strong> menu to generate the analysis from your survey responses.
