The surveys contain a number of questions to help you understand how your customers are feeling about their experience at your visitor attraction. There is the opportunity to add questions that are specific to your organisation. These include a Net Promoter Score measure, a selection of questions to choose the different aspects of the attraction such as shop or caf\u00e9 and the opportunity to add your own statements and choose demographic options. In addition, you can choose to ask for customers\u2019 contact details and set up email alerts. If you have any problems, copy and paste or type the link into your web browser search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Visitor Attraction Survey from the list of pre-built surveys available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Get started for free<\/strong>. This automatically opens the&nbsp;Snap XMP Online login page.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do not already have an account, you should click the link&nbsp;<strong>Create a Snap XMP Online account<\/strong>, enter your details and click&nbsp;<strong>Create account<\/strong>. An email will be sent to the email address confirming that the account has been created. Click the link in the email to verify the email account. Then once logged in you will see that the survey is listed in the&nbsp;<strong>Your work<\/strong>&nbsp;area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you already have an account, you simply log into your account and the survey will automatically be imported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7540-_Step_2:_Fill\"><\/a><a id=\"post-7540-_Step_2:_Use\"><\/a>Step 2: Building the Visitor Attraction Survey <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   After logging in to Snap XMP Online you are ready to use the Visitor Attraction Survey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   The first page in <strong>Snap XMP Online<\/strong> shows a summary of <strong>Your Work<\/strong>. Follow the on screen instructions to build your survey. You have the opportunity to choose to use a Net Promoter Score measure and to add a range of satisfaction ratings questions. Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to progress through each step.\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  On each page, select the options you require and click <strong>Next<\/strong> to go to the next page. When you have completed the questions, you are shown a summary. There are three options available:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View <\/strong>shows the read-only version.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit <\/strong>lets you make basic changes to specified wording and the logo. You can edit the shaded areas shown between curly brackets { }. Click on the word or image to edit.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rebuild <\/strong>runs the <strong>Visitor Attraction Survey <\/strong>setup again. This allows you to change your initial choices by selecting or unselecting the options. This can be accessed and printed from your device for employees who cannot access the questionnaire online.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7540-_Step_4:_Ask\"><\/a>Step 4: Ask your customers to complete the Visitor Attraction Survey  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  When you have sent the Interview URL link or QR code to your customers, ask them to complete the questions.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the Interview URL link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  If your customer has an email with the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>link, ask them to click this link to open the Visitor Attraction Survey.\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  Alternatively, open a web browser app and enter the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>in the search bar of the browser. Press Enter to open the Visitor Attraction Survey.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the QR code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  Using the QR code can quickly open the Visitor Attraction Survey on your customers\u2019 smartphones. Many smartphones, such as iPhones or Android devices, have an in-built QR code reader in the camera app. \n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  Open the camera app and point the camera at the QR code for a few seconds. When scanning is enabled a notification appears. Tap the notification to open the link.\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  Alternatively, a QR code reader app can be installed on the phone. Follow the instructions for the app.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing the Visitor Attraction Survey  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  Ask your customers to answer the questions and click <strong>Submit<\/strong>. \n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  They will receive a notification to confirm that their response has been submitted.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-7540-_Step_5:_Use\"><\/a>Step 5: Use your data to improve your visitor attraction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   Two reports are included: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Appendix \u2013 All data or by month context<\/strong> shows the words, phrases and comments from all free text questions in the survey. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visitor Attraction Report \u2013 All data<\/strong> <strong>or by month context<\/strong> shows a comprehensive analysis of your customer responses  including the Net Promoter Score, if included in the survey. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyzing your response data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Select the Visitor Attraction Survey, if it is not already selected. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   In the <strong>Summary<\/strong> tab, click the <strong>Analyze<\/strong> link. This can be used to view the analysis of your response data for a selected month.
