They can be organised in folders that are shown in both applications. The online surveys are kept up to date and the response data synchronized between the two applications.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Offline surveys<\/strong> are surveys that are available in Snap XMP Desktop only.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating an online survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   Your Snap XMP Online account must be set up before you can use online surveys in Snap XMP Desktop. Further details can be found in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/snapxmp\/setting-up-the-online-survey-framework\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Setting up the online survey framework<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Click <strong>Survey Overview<\/strong>    <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"26\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-3792\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/surveyoverviewicon-png-6.png\" alt=\"SurveyOverviewIcon.png\">    on the Snap XMP Desktop toolbar. This opens the Survey Overview window. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Click <strong>Online Surveys<\/strong>    <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" class=\"wp-image-3793\" alt=\"5.OnlineSurveysIcon.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/5-onlinesurveysicon-png.png\">    on the Survey Overview toolbar to show the online surveys.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Click    <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-3794\" alt=\"1.NewSurveyIcon.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/1-newsurveyicon-png-1.png\">   to create a new online survey. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Choose one of the survey templates as a starting point for the new survey. If there are user-defined survey templates available you can choose User Templates or Snap XMP Templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The last used survey template is chosen by default. When you first use Snap XMP Desktop, the Blank Template is selected as the default. This creates a survey with editions for PC\/laptop, tablet, phone and paper.
