This opens the&nbsp;<strong>Quota and Screen Outs<\/strong>&nbsp;window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Click&nbsp;<strong>New Quota or Screen Out<\/strong>    <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"26\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/word-image-43.png\" class=\"wp-image-7361\">    then select <strong>New Quota<\/strong>. This opens the <strong>Quota<\/strong> dialog. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   In <strong>Name<\/strong>, enter AgeGenderQuota. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   In <strong>Variable<\/strong>, select the variable AgeGenderGroup. When you select a variable, the <strong>Details<\/strong> table lists all the answer codes. The target for each category is available as a number or percentage. When you enter a target number, this automatically updates the percentage and overall target. In multilingual surveys, select the language then enter the message for the selected language. Further details are available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/snapxmp\/notifying-participant-quota-or-screen-out-exceeded\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Notifying the participant when a quota or screen out is exceeded<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Click&nbsp;<strong>OK<\/strong> to save the quota. The <strong>Quota and Screen Outs<\/strong> window shows the new quota. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Enable the quota<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   You can enable quotas individually or at the survey level, which is the default. You can change this in the Quota Control dialog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  In the Quota dialog, select&nbsp;<strong>Enabled&nbsp;<\/strong>to activate the selected quota.
