The surveys contain a number of questions to help you understand how your customers are feeling about the service they are receiving from your organisation. There is the opportunity to add questions that are specific to your business or organisation. These include a Net Promoter Score (NPS) measure, a selection of questions to choose from that will form a grid asking for satisfaction ratings and the opportunity to add your own statements. In addition, you can choose to ask for customers\u2019 contact details and set up email alerts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The responses to your survey will help you understand how your customers feel, assisting you in improving and prioritizing your business or organisation needs.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step by step guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   This guide will take you through the steps for the Customer Satisfaction Solution: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#post-6323-_Step_1:_Register\">Step 1: Download the Customer Satisfaction Survey from the Marketplace<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#post-6323-_Step_2:_Use\">Step 2: Building the customer satisfaction survey<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#post-6323-_Step_3:_Share_1\">Step 3: Share with your customers using the link or the QR code<\/a>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#post-6323-_Step_4:_Ask\">Step 4: Ask your customers to complete the customer satisfaction survey<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#post-6323-_Step_5:_Use\">Step 5: Use your data to improve customer satisfaction<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-6323-_Step_1:_Register\"><\/a>Step 1: Download the Customer Satisfaction Survey from the Marketplace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To download a pre-built survey from the Marketplace you will need to have a Snap XMP Online account. Follow the steps below to access the survey by either creating a new account or by logging into your existing account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Go to the Marketplace here:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/marketplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/marketplace<\/a>. If you have any problems, copy and paste or type the link into your web browser search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Customer Satisfaction Survey from the list of pre-built surveys available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Get started for free<\/strong>. This automatically opens the&nbsp;Snap XMP Online login page.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do not already have an account, you should click the link&nbsp;<strong>Create a Snap XMP Online account<\/strong>, enter your details and click&nbsp;<strong>Create account<\/strong>. An email will be sent to the email address confirming that the account has been created. Click the link in the email to verify the email account. Then once logged in you will see that the survey is listed in the&nbsp;<strong>Your work<\/strong>&nbsp;area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you already have an account, you simply log into your account and the survey will automatically be imported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-6323-_Step_2:_Fill\"><\/a><a id=\"post-6323-_Step_2:_Use\"><\/a>Step 2: Building the customer satisfaction survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   After logging in to Snap XMP Online you are ready to use the Customer Satisfaction Solution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   The first page in <strong>Snap XMP Online<\/strong> shows a summary of <strong>Your Work<\/strong>. The <strong>Customer Satisfaction Solution <\/strong>template is available here. Templates are shown with the icon   <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"23\" class=\"wp-image-6324\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/templateicon-png.png\" alt=\"templateIcon.png\">   . Follow the on screen instructions to build your survey. You have the opportunity to choose to use a Net Promoter Score measure and to add a range of satisfaction ratings questions. Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to progress through each step. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   On each page, select the options you require and click <strong>Next<\/strong> to go to the next page. When you have completed the questions you are shown a summary, click <strong>Next<\/strong> to proceed with your choices or click <strong>Back<\/strong> if you wish to change anything. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Click <strong>Create Survey<\/strong> to build the customer satisfaction survey. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-6323-_Step_3:_Share\"><\/a>Making changes to your customer satisfaction survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Select the customer satisfaction survey, if it is not already selected. There are three options available:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View <\/strong>shows the read-only version.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit <\/strong>lets you make basic changes to specified wording and the logo. You can edit the shaded areas shown between curly brackets { }. Click on the word or image to edit.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rebuild <\/strong>runs the <strong>Customer Satisfaction <strong>Solution <\/strong><\/strong>again. This allows you to change your initial choices by selecting or clearing the options. Click <strong>Cancel<\/strong> to cancel any changes and return to the original version. This shows the read-only version. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-6323-_Step_3:_Share_1\"><\/a>Step 3: Share with your customers using the link or QR code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   The next step is to test the survey and share it with your customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing the interview settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Select the customer satisfaction survey, if it is not already selected. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   In the <strong>Summary<\/strong> tab, click the <strong>Collect<\/strong> link. This loads the start page of the survey.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Alternatively, open your email application and paste the link into an email to send to your customers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>    If you wish to include the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>link in a printed sign for your customers, paste it into a document and print. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making the QR code available<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  In <strong>Web Interviews<\/strong>, click the <strong>QR code<\/strong> image to download the QR code to your device. \n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"543\" height=\"128\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/downloadqrcode1-png.png\" alt=\"Download QR code\" class=\"wp-image-6334\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/downloadqrcode1-png.png 543w, https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/downloadqrcode1-png-300x71.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 543px) 100vw, 543px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>\n  The web browser shows a notification when the file has downloaded. Click on the notification to open and\/or save the QR code. \n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  The QR code can be used in a printed sign for customers to use or attached to an email sent to your customers. The minimum size for a printed QR code is 2cm by 2cm. \n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-6323-_Step_4:_Ask\"><\/a>Step 4: Ask your customers to complete the customer satisfaction survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  When you have sent the Interview URL link or QR code to your customers, ask them to complete the questions.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the Interview URL link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   If your customer has an email with the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>link, ask them to click this link to open the Customer Satisfaction Survey. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Alternatively, open a web browser app and enter the <strong>Interview URL <\/strong>in the search bar of the browser. Press Enter to open the customer satisfaction survey. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the QR code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Using the QR code can quickly open the customer satisfaction survey on your customers\u2019 smartphones. Many smartphones, such as iPhones or Android devices, have an in-built QR code reader in the camera app.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Open the camera app and point the camera at the QR code for a few seconds. When scanning is enabled a notification appears. Tap the notification to open the link. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Alternatively, a QR code reader app can be installed on the phone. Follow the instructions for the app. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing the customer satisfaction survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  Ask your customers to answer the questions and click <strong>Submit<\/strong>. \n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  They will receive a notification to confirm that their response has been submitted.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-6323-_Step_5:_Use\"><\/a>Step 5: Use your data to improve customer satisfaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>  Each customer satisfaction survey has two reports. The available reports depend on the options you chose when creating the survey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With both the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and satisfaction question, the reports are:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NPS and Satisfaction Report<\/strong> shows a comprehensive analysis of your customer responses   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NPS and Satisfaction Report with monthly context <\/strong>shows an NPS and satisfaction report with trend data that can be filtered for each month.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With only the Net Promoter Score (NPS), the reports are:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NPS Report<\/strong> shows an analysis of the Net Promoter Score from your customer responses   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NPS Report with monthly context <\/strong>shows an NPS report with trend data that can be filtered for each month   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With only the satisfaction question, the reports are:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Satisfaction Report<\/strong><\/strong> shows an analysis of the satisfaction question from your customer responses   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Satisfaction Report<\/strong> with monthly context <\/strong>shows a satisfaction report with trend data that can be filtered for each month   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If neither the Net Promoter Score (NPS) or satisfaction question is used then no reports are available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyzing your response data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Select the customer satisfaction survey. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   In the <strong>Summary<\/strong> tab, click the <strong>Analyze<\/strong> link. You can use this to view the analysis of your response data for a selected month.
