\n You can move weights between surveys using the Snap<\/strong> Interchange Format<\/strong> (SnIF<\/strong>). For example, if several surveys needed the same weights, you could create them in one survey and export them into the others.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n The following example shows exporting weights from a survey to a file. The weights can also be exported via the clipboard.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. \n Click \n \"WeightsIcon.png\"\n  to open the Weights<\/strong> window.\n<\/li>
  2. \n Select File | Export<\/strong> to display the Weight Export<\/strong> dialog.\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. \n Specify the Format<\/strong> as SNAP Interchange Format<\/strong> (SnIF).\n<\/li>
    2. \n Set the Destination<\/strong> as Clipboard<\/strong>.\n<\/li>
    3. \n Specify the names of the weights you wish to export in the Content <\/strong>field. (e.g. Score). Leave the field blank to export all weights.\n<\/li>
    4. \n Click OK<\/strong> to export the selected weight.\n<\/li>
    5. \n A confirmation message is displayed when the export is complete. Click Done<\/strong>.\n<\/li>
    6. \n Open the survey to which you wish to add the weight or select File | New Survey<\/strong>.\n<\/li>
    7. \n Click \n \"WeightsIcon.png\"\n  to open the Weights<\/strong> window and select File | Import<\/strong> to display the Weight Import<\/strong> dialog.\n<\/li>
    8. \n Set the Source<\/strong> to File<\/strong>, entering the file name from the export, and click OK<\/strong> to import the weight(s).\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
