The responses can be viewed either as a summary showing counts and\/or percentages or as responses from individual participants. You can print a list of survey results when there are survey responses available, either when the survey is live or after it closes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Questionnaire window is changed to&nbsp;Data View&nbsp;mode by clicking&nbsp; <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-5830\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/datamodeicon-png.png\" alt=\"DataModeIcon.png\"> &nbsp;on the&nbsp;Questionnaire<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>window toolbar. This shows the case data in questionnaire format. There are two options available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Case Data&nbsp;<\/strong>to view or print individual responses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Counts<\/strong>&nbsp;to view or print a summary of responses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Printing a summary of responses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the&nbsp; <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-5831\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/datamodeicon-png-1.png\" alt=\"DataModeIcon.png\"> &nbsp;button in the&nbsp;<strong>Questionnaire&nbsp;<\/strong>window to switch to&nbsp;the Data View Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Counts<\/strong> from the drop down in the Questionnaire toolbar.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the&nbsp;<strong>Percentage&nbsp;<\/strong>box to show the percentage of participants giving each answer.
