You can use any question in your survey that contains a department, site, location or similar information as a context for your report. This lets you create a report for each of your departments, sites, locations or other contexts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  This worksheet shows you how to run the Summary report to context and produce a report output for each context.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-5733-_Step_1:_Open\"><\/a>Step 1: Open the Summary report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Click    <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"26\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-5734\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/reportsicon-png-1.png\" alt=\"ReportsIcon.png\">    on the Snap XMP Desktop toolbar to open the <strong>Reports<\/strong> window.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Double click the <strong>Summary<\/strong> report. In this example, the question Q1 contains a location and the report will be created for each location. (It makes life simpler if your variables have meaningful names. For example, you can change the name from Q1 to Location in the Variables Details window.)\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  In <strong>Filter<\/strong>, enter Q1=Q1@Context. This can be useful to exclude any questions that ask for personal details, such as, name or email address.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  In the Report Summary, double click on the <strong>Summary Report<\/strong> instruction (number 5).\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  In <strong>Content<\/strong>, enter the list of questions that are shown in the report. This instruction should be at the start of the report.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  In the Report Summary, double click on the <strong>Page Layout<\/strong> instruction (number 2).\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n  In the Page Layout, select <strong>Start New Page<\/strong>, <strong>Restart Page numbers<\/strong> and <strong>Start New Document<\/strong>.
