\n A scanned image data report is a quick and easy way to view handwritten replies, without the need to wait for scanned questionnaires to be detected and keyed.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to printing the data report, <\/strong>you must have retained the image files created by the scanning process. Scanning must be activated from the Data Entry Tailoring<\/strong> window by selecting the Scanning<\/strong> check box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n To print the scanned data report:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Data Entry<\/strong> \"DataEntryIcon.png\" on the Snap XMP Desktop toolbar. This opens the Data Entry window.<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Print<\/strong> \"PrintIcon.png\"  to open the Print<\/strong> Data <\/strong>dialog. (Note<\/strong>: You must select Scanning <\/strong>in Data entry tailoring<\/strong> <\/strong>to access this dialog). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. \n In Title<\/strong>, enter a title to describe the data in the printed report.\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In Filter<\/strong>, you can select which results to print by entering a filter selection. Note: You can only use a variable as a filter with stored data, e.g. if you have not keyed in a Literal Response<\/em><\/strong> question and it only exists as an image in Snap XMP Desktop. You cannot filter\u00a0a variable that has not been interpreted successfully. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. \n In Content<\/strong>, specify which variables to include in the report by entering the variable names. \n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select Scanned Questionnaire<\/strong> in the Style<\/strong> section and any other options you may require:\n
