Snap XMP Online allows researchers to send emails to participants who are listed in the Participants list. As the survey progresses, researchers can prevent the email invitations and reminders being sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  This can be applied \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n    permanently, for example where a participant has objected to receiving further emails\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n    temporarily, for example where a participant wishes to restrict the processing of their personal data, until such a restriction is lifted\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Find the participant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>   Login to <strong>Snap XMP Online<\/strong> and the home page shows <strong>Your Work<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   In <strong>Your Work<\/strong>, navigate to your survey. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the survey <strong>Summary<\/strong> tab, click the <strong>Collect<\/strong> link. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Once in the <strong>Collect<\/strong> tab, select <strong>Participants<\/strong> from the side menu and then select <strong>Participant list<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Use the filter to search for the participant by Login or Email address.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"487\" height=\"220\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/filter-png.png\" alt=\"Filter the list of participants\" class=\"wp-image-4239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/filter-png.png 487w, https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/filter-png-300x136.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 487px) 100vw, 487px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change the Send invites status<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n  To change the <strong>Send invites<\/strong> status, click <strong>Edit<\/strong>.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"733\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/particpant-list3-png.png\" alt=\"Participant list showing a participant who will receive email invitations\" class=\"wp-image-4240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/particpant-list3-png.png 733w, https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/particpant-list3-png-300x74.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 733px) 100vw, 733px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>\n  In the <strong>Edit participant<\/strong> dialog, clear the <strong>Send invitations<\/strong> checkbox and click <strong>Save<\/strong> to save your settings\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"604\" height=\"227\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/editparticipant3-png.png\" alt=\"Edit a participant\" class=\"wp-image-4241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/editparticipant3-png.png 604w, https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/editparticipant3-png-300x113.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 604px) 100vw, 604px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>\n  A disabled status \n  <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"26\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/disabledicon-png.png\" class=\"wp-image-4242\" alt=\"DisabledIcon.png\">\n   for <strong>Send Invites<\/strong> indicates that the participant will no longer receive email invitations or reminders. However, the participant will still be able to access the survey. To prevent a participant from accessing the survey, please see [link to \u2018Stop a participant from accessing the survey\u2019 worksheet\u2019].
