\n The scanning layout for multi page questionnaires can be changed using sheet mapping. This lets you select the format that you want to scan questionnaires with multiple pages.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n The sheet mapping is accessed from the Data Entry<\/strong> window and the Calibration Wizard<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Data Entry<\/strong> window \"DataEntryIcon.png\" and select Interview Mode<\/strong> \"InterviewModeIcon.png\" . <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Move the mouse pointer over the left hand side of the window (which is blank) and Right Mouse<\/strong> click, select Sheet Map<\/strong>. The Sheet Mapping<\/strong> dialog opens. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. \n Select the appropriate layout\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Basic<\/strong> \n<\/p><\/td>

      \n All pages of the questionnaire are printed on one side of the paper and will be scanned in sequential order, i.e. page 1, page 2, page 3, etc.\n<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

      Basic with title<\/strong> page<\/strong>\n<\/p><\/td>

      When a questionnaire is scanned with an extra page at the beginning that was not created in Snap XMP Desktop. The title page is scanned but ignored in detection. <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

      Duplex<\/strong>\n<\/p><\/td>

      \n Used for double sided sheets, such that the first sheet of paper contains pages 1 and 2, the second sheet contains pages 3 and 4 and so on.\n<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

      Duplex with title<\/strong> page<\/strong>\n<\/p><\/td>

      When a questionnaire is scanned with an extra page at the beginning that was not created in Snap XMP Desktop. The title page is scanned but ignored in detection. <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

      Book<\/strong>\n<\/p><\/td>

      \n Used to scan a questionnaire that is arranged in a booklet format. Any staples must be removed before scanning.\n<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

      1. Sheets can be ignored or excluded. Ignored pages are scanned but not detected. Excluded pages will not be sent through the scanner.\n

        • \n To ignore a sheet, select the relevant page in Page Layout<\/strong> and select Ignore Page<\/strong>. \n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • \n To exclude a sheet, select the relevant page in Page Layout<\/strong> and select Exclude Sheet<\/strong>\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
