Inserting a single piece of text or a graphic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\n Prior to creating your report, it is recommended that you create graphics at the correct size for your report.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Reports <\/strong>\"ReportsIcon.png\" on the Snap XMP Desktop toolbar<\/strong> to open the Reports window. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the report or click New Report<\/strong> \"NewSurveyIcon.png\" to create a new report. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click New Instruction<\/strong> \"NewSurveyIcon.png\" then select Information <\/strong>from the menu to add a new Information<\/strong> instruction. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter and format the text and graphics. You can insert images, dynamic text and HTML using the Insert<\/strong> button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      <\/a>Only displaying the information when appropriate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The N\/A field allows you to define when the information is displayed. If it is blank, the information is always shown. Common uses are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
