This also allows you to put thumb text in your report. The header or footer may contain: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n    free format text \n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n    survey fields (auto text)\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n    date and time of printing\/publication\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n    images\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The contents can be formatted using the format buttons and fields at the top of the dialog to set the font name, size, style and color. The justification is fixed for each area.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-3139-_Toc33623770\"><\/a>Inserting a field<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>   Click <strong>Insert<\/strong> to add the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Image<\/strong><\/td><td>This opens the <strong>Insert Image<\/strong> dialog. Select an image file from the <strong>File<\/strong> box or click <strong>Browse<\/strong> to find an image. Images can be of type JPG, GIF or BMP.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Variable<\/strong> <strong>field<\/strong><\/td><td>This opens the <strong>New Variable Field <\/strong>dialog. Select the <strong>Variable<\/strong>, <strong>Aspect<\/strong> and <strong>Modify case<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Survey<\/strong> <strong>field<\/strong><\/td><td>This opens the<strong> New Survey Field <\/strong>dialog. Select the Survey field from the <strong>Field<\/strong> box and select the case for displaying from the <strong>Modify case<\/strong> box.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Date\/Time field<\/strong><\/td><td>This opens the<strong> New Date or Time <\/strong>dialog. Select the Publication Date or Publication Time from the Type box. Select the formatting check boxes, as required.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-3139-_Toc33623773\"><\/a>Thumb text<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Thumb text runs from bottom to top in the margin. You can use it to include titles for different parts of your report.
