Type the name of your score (<strong>scoreSat) <\/strong>in the <strong>Summary Score <\/strong>box. This tells Snap to create a summary of your analysis, scoring the codes with the specified values.\n<\/li><li>\n  Click<strong> OK<\/strong> to display the table.\n<\/li><li>\n  There is a column displaying the mean scored values.\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"463\" height=\"258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/weights13-png.png\" alt=\"Table using weight for a grid question analysis\" class=\"wp-image-2810\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The top line (Base) shows the total number of all respondents for all the questions. The mean satisfaction of everyone with all the services is 0.13.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The other rows show the average satisfaction for each service. You can see that people are generally positive about the <strong>Cleanliness, Quality of food <\/strong>and<strong> Choice of food <\/strong>and unhappy about the <strong>Speed of Service <\/strong>and<strong> Parking.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-2801-_Toc35499245\"><\/a>Including Don&#8217;t Know responses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  When the question contains a Don\u2019t Know response you can choose to include these responses in your analysis or exclude these responses from the analysis.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\n    Including the response add a score, such as 0, for the code associated with the Don\u2019t Know response\n  <\/li><li>\n    Excluding the response set the score to NR to give it a score of No Reply.
