This is supplied by Snap Surveys or your own system administrator, depending on whether you are using Snap Surveys servers or your organisation&#8217;s on-premises server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An email address that you are going to use to log in to <strong>Snap <strong>XMP <\/strong>Online<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your password. When you are logging on for the first time, this may be a temporary password provided by Snap Surveys or your own system administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Single session log in <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users logging in to Snap Online are limited to a single session at any one time. This means that when a user logs into Snap Online on one device, they cannot log in via another device at the same time. It also means that a user cannot log into different browsers on the same device at the same time. If this happens the user will see a&nbsp;message telling them they have another session running, and if they continue, they will be logged out of the other session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that multiple devices can be logged into Snap Offline Interviewer with the same account. You can also be logged into Snap Online and Snap Desktop at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to log in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have all the information you need, follow these instructions to log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open a web browser and enter the <strong>Snap <strong>XMP <\/strong>Online<\/strong> web address.
