The survey would be continuously available online and on paper, and participating parks would receive personalised reports every month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online surveys, paper surveys, personalised monthly reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our feedback system requires no intervention from the BH&amp;HPA. Online replies are collated automatically, and paper survey replies are input by the managing park. Participating holiday parks are emailed a <a href=\"\/survey-software\/smart-reports\/\">personalised report<\/a> each month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Each report contains:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Park specific analyses including narrative with summary tables, charts and comment lists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Benchmark comparisons between that park\u2019s performance and other similar parks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Benchmark comparisons of performance for current month vs the equivalent period last year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional features of the feedback system:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unfavourable comments are instantly emailed directly to the relevant park.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parks can update their survey to reflect changes in facilities offered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parks can opt-out for periods during which they are closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a park receives too few responses an abbreviated report is sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>BH&amp;HPA offer the survey for free although there is great potential to charge for the
