For example, to show how many people were satisfied or dissatisfied with a particular service, or who used it in the first or last five months of a year.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The example shows top and bottom boxes applied to a single rating question (with a Single Response) in a cross-tabulation.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\n  Click \n  <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"26\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-2511\" alt=\"AnalysisTblIcon.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/analysistblicon-png-4.png\">\n   to display the Analysis Definition dialog box.\n<\/li><li>\n  Type into the Analysis (and Break) field the names of the variables on which you want to measure satisfaction. For example, type Q6a in the Analysis field and Q11:Q12 in the Break field.\n<\/li><li>\n  Click on the <strong>Summary Statistics<\/strong> tab.\n<\/li><li>\n  Select Confidence Top Box in the Available list and click <strong>&gt;<\/strong> to move it to the Used column.\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"496\" height=\"351\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/satisfactionscale1-png.png\" alt=\"Group the codes to create a % Satisfied group\" class=\"wp-image-2512\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li>\n  Check the details of the box. The example show the<strong> Confidence Top Box<\/strong> uses the first 2 out of 5 responses. This groups together the &#8220;Very Good&#8221; and &#8220;Good&#8221; codes. \n<\/li><li>\n  The figure will be displayed as <strong>%Satisfied<\/strong>. You can select different text to display from the dropdown list.\n<\/li><li>\n  For now, clear the <strong>Show confidence interval results<\/strong>&#8230;\n<\/li><li>\n  Repeat for the <strong>Confidence Bottom box<\/strong>, using the last two codes out of five.\n<\/li><li>\n  Click<strong> Apply <\/strong>to display the table.\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"526\" height=\"268\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/satisfactionscale2-png.png\" alt=\"Example of an analysis table showing the satisfaction percentages\" class=\"wp-image-2513\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  To display the confidence level for these statistics, check the <strong>Confidence interval results <\/strong>box. By default the confidence level is set to 95%. This means that 95 times out of a hundred the true percentage for the target population is within the specified range based on the result for the sample.
