To use Organization accounts, you need to identify which user record to use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These instructions are for On-premises Snap XMP Online versions. If you are using the Subscription service, please contact the Support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create the organization account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The organization account must be created by a UserAdmin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Log in using the administration account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the User admin<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Create new user<\/strong> to create a new user record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter the User name<\/strong> and other details of the account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. To identify the account as an Organization account\n
        \n
      • Select the Organization primary account <\/strong>as an organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter the Organization Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter the Customer reference number<\/strong>. The Check organization<\/strong> button runs through other accounts and warns if there is another Organization account already with this reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In Permissions, select Organization admin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click the Create User<\/strong> button to create the Organization account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Add organization permits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Once the primary account has been created, permits belonging to the Organization can be added. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. In the Users <\/strong>menu, select the user record for the organization account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click View user licences<\/strong> to view the licences and permits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click Add organization permits<\/strong> to add the type and number of permits required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
