There are a number of supplied navigation buttons that you can specify how they appear on the questionnaire pages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigation buttons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are seven navigation buttons that can be used to move forwards or backwards through the questionnaire, submit or save the completed response, or print the current page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buttons<\/strong><\/td>Action<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Back<\/td>Go to previous page.<\/td><\/tr>
Reset<\/td>Clear all the respondent\u2019s entries on this page.<\/td><\/tr>
Restart<\/td>Close the current interview and restart the survey.<\/td><\/tr>
Print<\/td>Print the current page.<\/td><\/tr>
Save<\/td>Save the current state of the survey.<\/td><\/tr>
Next<\/td>Go to the next page. This is always displayed on every page.<\/td><\/tr>
Submit<\/td>Submit the survey response. This button is always used in the questionnaire.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Navigation button properties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0Buttons\u00a0<\/strong>section is part of the\u00a0Questionnaire properties<\/strong>\u00a0side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the survey and click on the Build link to show the questionnaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Questionnaire properties<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Buttons <\/strong>section includes display options for all the navigation buttons, except the Next button, which is visible on all but the last page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      First page only<\/td>Only show this button on the first page.<\/td><\/tr>

      Customising navigation buttons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The survey template used to create the survey determines the appearance of the navigation buttons during the interview.
