Grid questions are a way of displaying multiple questions in a grid of rows and columns, with headings for each of the boxes presented across the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They let you gauge a respondent’s opinion on multiple things within the same question and are easy to analyse. This can help you quantify subjective sentiments such as satisfaction, experience, perception and loyalty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Grid questions are versatile and can be used to create different types of questions, such as Likert, Rating or Matrix grid questions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Likert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Likert scales are questions that contain a number of scales, often 5-point or 7-point scales. They ask respondents how much they agree or disagree with a statement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rating grids are used to ask a participant to choose from multiple options scaled between two extremes, such as Unsatisfied to Satisfied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a grid question<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select the Grid<\/strong> question from the Single choice questions<\/strong> section of the Insert question<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
