The Editions and Style Templates dialog contains information about the different editions in the questionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edition list<\/strong><\/td>Check the box by an edition to include it when you publish your questionnaire, uncheck the box to remove it.<\/td><\/tr>
New<\/strong><\/td>Create a new output edition. Questionnaire has same structure and text but different properties<\/td><\/tr>
Language<\/strong><\/td>Open the languages dialog to create a new language edition (one per output edition). Questionnaire can have different text but same structure and properties<\/td><\/tr>
Delete<\/strong><\/td>Delete selected edition. This is only available if survey has never been published.<\/td><\/tr>
Rename<\/strong><\/td>Change the name of the selected edition (you cannot change the language tag)<\/td><\/tr>
Load<\/strong><\/td>Load one of the style templates (.qsf file) supplied with Snap according to which boxes are checked<\/td><\/tr>
Save<\/strong><\/td>Save the current questionnaire styles to a template file.<\/td><\/tr>
Copy<\/strong><\/td>Copy the current styles to the Clipboard. This is often used to transfer styles between surveys.<\/td><\/tr>
Paste<\/strong><\/td>Paste styles from the Clipboard.<\/td><\/tr>
Page setup<\/strong><\/td>Check to use portrait\/landscape, page size etc<\/td><\/tr>
Colours<\/strong><\/td>Check to load the colours of questions\/backgrounds and images<\/td><\/tr>
Layout<\/strong><\/td>Load the question styles and the layout (number of columns and width of margins etc.)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Adding an edition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. With the Questionnaire<\/strong> window open, click \"EditionsIcon.png\" to display the Editions and Style Templates<\/strong> dialog box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The dialog will display any editions of the questionnaire that currently exist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select New<\/strong> from the Edition <\/strong>area of the screen. A New Survey Edition<\/strong> dialog box will display.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter an\u00a0edition name<\/strong>\u00a0to appear on the edition tab that identifies this edition. You must choose a name that is unique in the questionnaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the publication medium<\/strong> details from the drop-down list. The choices are Snap Online<\/strong>, Paper<\/strong> and Scanning<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select which current edition to copy styles from, or select a template to load styles from.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The editions list shows the new edition of the questionnaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click OK <\/strong>to return to the Questionnaire window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
