The responses can be viewed either as a summary showing counts and\/or percentages or as responses from individual participants. You can print a list of survey results when there are survey responses available, either when the survey is live or after it closes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Change the Questionnaire window to\u00a0Data View\u00a0mode by clicking\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"26\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/datamodeicon-png.png\" alt=\"DataModeIcon.png\">\u00a0\u00a0on the\u00a0Questionnaire<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>window toolbar. This shows the case data in questionnaire format. This looks like the Questionnaire view in the Data Entry window. You can print the survey responses but you cannot change the data. Use the slider bar to move between the cases.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Data view:&nbsp;<strong>Counts<\/strong><\/td><td>Display a summary of all data cases by counting responses to the questions. Answers may be displayed as:<br><strong>Absolute<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; the sum of responses.<br><strong>Percentage<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; the percentage of the number of cases. You can weights to the summary to change the balance of respondents.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Filter<\/strong><\/td><td>Opens\u00a0a filter\u00a0dialog\u00a0where you can enter\u00a0a filter expression\u00a0to limit which cases appear.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Weight<\/strong><\/td><td>Opens a weight\u00a0dialog\u00a0to use a weight to change the\u00a0balance of cases in the summary.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Data View mode in the Questionnaire window&nbsp;allows you to view&nbsp;and print responses to the survey in the questionnaire.
