It is based on the Net Promoter Score<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;system from Bain &amp; Company, Satmetrix Systems, Inc., and Fred Reichheld, which gauges customer loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This setup consists of a two part eNPS question containing the 11 point scale question and a free-text follow-up question, which you can customise using your own words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also the opportunity to add an additional question of your own. If you have any problems, copy and paste or type the link into your web browser search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Survey<\/strong> from the list of pre-built surveys available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Get started for free<\/strong>. This automatically opens the&nbsp;Snap XMP Online login page.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do not already have an account, you should click the link&nbsp;<strong>Create a Snap XMP Online account<\/strong>, enter your details and click&nbsp;<strong>Create account<\/strong>. An email will be sent to the email address confirming that the account has been created. Click the link in the email to verify the email account. You can edit the shaded areas shown between curly brackets { }. Click on the word or image to edit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rebuild&nbsp;<\/strong>runs the&nbsp;<strong>Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Survey&nbsp;<\/strong>again. This allows you to change your initial choices by selecting or clearing the options. Click on the notification to open and\/or save the QR code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The QR code can be used in a printed sign for employees to use or attached to an email sent to your employees. The minimum size for a printed QR code is 2cm by 2cm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-9517-_Step_4:_Ask\"><\/a>Step 4: Ask your employees to complete the survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have sent the Interview URL link or QR code to your employees, ask them to complete the questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the Interview URL link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your employee has an email with the&nbsp;<strong>Interview URL&nbsp;<\/strong>link, ask them to click this link to open the your survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, open a web browser app and enter the&nbsp;<strong>Interview URL&nbsp;<\/strong>in the search bar of the browser. Press Enter to open your survey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the QR code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using the QR code can quickly open your survey on your employees\u2019 smartphones. Many smartphones, such as iPhones or Android devices, have an in-built QR code reader in the camera app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the camera app and point the camera at the QR code for a few seconds. A notification appears when scanning is on. Tap the notification to open the link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, they can install a QR code reader app on the device. Follow the instructions for the app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing your survey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask your employees to answer the questions and click&nbsp;<strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will receive a notification to confirm that their response has been submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-9517-_Step_5:_Use\"><\/a>Step 5: Use your data to improve employee satisfaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Survey has five reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Survey Report<\/strong>&nbsp;containing the eNPS score and all comments for all the survey responses received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Previous 12 months eNPS <\/strong>containing the eNPS score for the survey responses received over the previous 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promoter Comments<\/strong>&nbsp;containing comments from promoters (respondents scoring 9 or 10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passive Comments<\/strong>&nbsp;containing comments from passives (respondents scoring 7 or 8)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detractor Comments<\/strong>&nbsp;containing comments from detractors (respondents scoring 6 or below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have included an additional question there is also a table and chart of the responses to this question, available in Tables and Charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyzing your response data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select your survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Summary<\/strong>&nbsp;tab, click the&nbsp;<strong>Analyze<\/strong>&nbsp;link.
