]]> Protect against spam and automated threats by enabling ALTCHA captcha on your survey.

Enable ALTCHA

  1. Open the survey from the survey list.
  2. Click on the Collect link to go to the Collect tab.
  1. In the Overview, click the Change options button. This opens the Interviewing options.
  2. Select the Use ALTCHA captcha to protect interview starts option. This enables the ALTCHA verification at the start of every interview for this survey.
  1. Click Save.

  1. Open the survey from the survey list.
  2. Click on the Collect link to go to the Collect tab.
  3. In the Overview, you can see the ALTCHA captcha setting shown as disabled or enabled.

When the participant clicks the survey link, the interview loads showing the form is protected by ALTCHA.

When the participant clicks Open, the captcha checks are carried out. The participant will see a Verified message when it is complete, and the interview begins.
