The Find section lets you:

• view the items you have recently used
• see the items that are shared by you
• search for items available to you in Snap XMP Online

The Find section is available on the main Snap XMP Online page.

Recent Items

Recent items lets you view the items you have recently used.

1. In the Find menu, click on Recent items. This lists the items, such as surveys and templates, that you have accessed recently. The items are in order of date and time accessed, with the most recent at the top.

2. Click on the item in the Name column to open the Summary tab for that item.

Shared by you

Shared by you shows a list of the items, such as surveys and folders, that you have shared with other Snap XMP users.

1. In the Find menu, click on Shared by you.
2. In Shared with select a user or Anyone, if you want to see shares for all users that you shared items with. This shows a list of all the items you have shared with the selected user. You can order the items alphabetically by clicking on the column header.

3. Click on the item in the Name column to open the Summary tab for that item.

If you have a large number of items, you can use the filter.

Choose the filter type, with options Contains and Starts with. Enter the text that you want to match in the column, then click Filter.

Search

Search lets you look for items available to you in Snap XMP Online.

1. In the Find menu, click on Search.
2. Enter the item name or part of the item name, then click Search. This shows a list of all the items that match your search. You can order the items alphabetically by clicking on the column header.

3. Click on the item in the Name column to open the Summary tab for that item.

If you have a large number of items, you can use the filter.

Choose the filter type, with options Contains and Starts with. Enter the text that you want to match in the column, then click Filter.
